Shipping & Returns Policy

Matthew Hayes maintains full ownership of the artworks/products until payment has been obtained.

DELIVERY:

Unless specified otherwise, your order will be dispatched within 5 business days (can be sooner) after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • UK orders for smaller items on paper or canvas are packaged in a board backed envelope and posted using Royal Mail signed for service.

  • International orders for smaller items on paper or canvas are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a sturdy box. These are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked & signed service.

  • Larger items on canvas or panel are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a sturdy box. These are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked & signed service, and the same applies for International orders.

Please note that all shipping times may vary dependent on your location.

  • UK is usually 2-3 business days.

  • Rest of the world can be between 10-15 business days.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES:

You as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for any delays due to customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Every care has been taken by myself to show my artworks and products as accurately as possible regarding size and colour. The images shown on my website may differ due to variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variations between my images shown and the actual final artwork is not deemed a fault and small or slight inconsistencies will not be valid reasons for returning a product.

RETURNING AN ITEM:

As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value ion the artwork is not returned in its original sent condition.

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.
